I had the same updates, and Forza 7 failed the first time I tried. Make sure the Forza 7 placeholder from before the preload isn’t installed, use wsreset and look up how to re-register the Windows store. After doing those last two things a few times the Mail update never worked, but Forza 7 did. Hopefully this helps for you
